Dr. Yeddu Babu Rajendra Prasanna Raju lived a life of purpose, faith, compassion, and service. His legacy continues in every life touched by his kindness and in every act of service inspired by his vision.
Our Founding
How It All Began
Dr. Yeddu Babu Rajendra Prasanna Raju, son of Sri Yeddu Deva Krupavaram, was a distinguished physician, a compassionate humanitarian, and a man of deep faith. A Gold Medalist who was honoured by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Dr. Rajendra Prasanna Raju dedicated his life to the noble calling of medicine. He eventually settled in Goldsboro, North Carolina, USA, where he served as a General Practitioner (GP), alongside his beloved wife, Mrs. Sumithra. He was known not only for his medical excellence but also for his kindness, compassion, humility, and unwavering love for God. He feared God, loved God, and lived his faith through his actions. Throughout his life, he cared deeply for his family and stood by them with love, responsibility, and devotion. Beyond his profession and family, Dr. Rajendra Prasanna Raju carried a profound desire to serve orphans, widows, the sick, and the needy. He believed that the blessings entrusted to him were meant to be shared with those in need. With great foresight and generosity, he set aside a significant portion of his wealth to continue this mission and ensure that his legacy of service would live on.
Over twelve years, we have witnessed the quiet dignity of people who simply need a hand — not charity in the condescending sense, but genuine human solidarity. That spirit guides everything we do.
